How does DirectGuest work?

We surface available hotel rooms on Conversational AI platforms promoting direct bookings via the hotel booking engine. All payments are handled through the hotel and the hotel retains all data ownership.

What is your commission structure?

We charge a flat 3% commission fee on on room revenue only for completed stays. Taxes, fees, and add-ons are not included. We invoice on a monthly basis. You can view a draft agreement here.

Do you require parity?

You maintain control over all pricing and inventory decisions.
